Sand Traps

J6 Energy offers a range of sand separators to ensure your sand management requirements are met and exceeded in every way. We offer standard, cyclonic, and spherical ranging from 1400 psi to 10k psi. Our sand traps also come in 2” or 3” 1502 inlet/outlet to further ensure that all customer requirements are met in full.

Sand Filters

Our horizontal filters offer a nonfilter design, which enables a continuous and un-interrupted flow of production. Unlike other filters, there’s no need to divert flow so as to clean clogged filters. Our design uses gravity and diverting plates to bring sand to the bottom of vessel, where it is then diposed.
